B.1. 23-023 CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL - EXISTING LITIGATION - (Government Code section 54956.9(d)(1) - Herroz v. City of Manteca, et al., Case No. 2:22-cv-00245- KJM (US District Court, Eastern District of California).
B.2. 23-024 CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL - ANTICIPATED LITIGATION (Government Code sec. 54956.9(d)(2)) - Number of Cases: 1. Facts and circumstances, including but not limited to a transactional occurrence, which might result in litigation against the City, and that are known to a plaintiff or potential plaintiff. (Government Code sec. 54956.9(e)(2)).
