CALL TO ORDER: 5:45 p.m.
Roll Call:
Present: Breitenbucher, Halford, Morowit, Singh
Councilmember Nuño was absent at roll call.
Councilmember Breitenbucher requested to attend the meeting via teleconference pursuant to AB 2449 (f)(2)(A)(i); City Council approved the request.
AGENDA REVIEW AND SUPPLEMENTAL REPORTS: None.

B. PUBLIC COMMENT: None.
C. CLOSED SESSION: Mayor Singh adjourned to closed session at 5:47 p.m.
Councilmember Nuño joined the meeting at 5:47 p.m.
