B. CLOSED SESSION: Mayor Singh adjourned to closed session at 6:03 p.m.
B.1. 23‑082 CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL ‑ ANTICIPATED LITIGATION ‑ (Government Code section 54956.9(d)(4)) ‑ Number of Cases: 1 ‑ Based on existing facts and circumstances, the City is deciding whether to initiate litigation.
B.2. 23‑083 CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL ‑ ANTICIPATED LITIGATION (Government Code sec. 54956.9(d)(2)) ‑ Number of Cases: 1. Facts and circumstances, including but not limited to a transactional occurrence, which might result in litigation against the City, and that are known to a plaintiff or potential plaintiff. (Government Code sec. 54956.9(e)(2)).

Upon returning to open session at 6:57 p.m., City Attorney David Nefouse noted no reportable action.
