RESOLUTION R20XX-XX
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MANTECA, STATE OF CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE OFFICER WELLNESS AND MENTAL HEALTH GRANT IN THE AMOUNT OF $51,253.03 AND APPROPRIATING SAME AS NOTED BELOW WHEREAS, the City of Manteca received a grant in the amount of $51,252.03 from the State of California for Officer Wellness and Mental Health; and WHEREAS, the City Council has considered all information related to this matter, as presented at the public meetings of the City Council identified herein, including any supporting reports by City Staff, and any information provided during public meetings.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Manteca, as follows:
The City Council hereby finds that the facts set forth in the recitals to this Resolution are true and correct, and establish the factual basis for the City Council’s adoption of this Resolution.
The City Council of the City of Manteca does hereby accept the grant from the State of California, Board of State and Community Corrections (BSCC) in the amount of $51,252.30 as part of the Officer Wellness and Mental Health Grant Program Appropriate $51,252.03 to Intergovernmental Grants-State/County Officer Wellness & Mental Health (Revenue Account No. 150.11.00.200-4475.42) Appropriate $51,252.03 to Supplies-Police - Wellness & Mental Health (Expense Account No. 150.11.00.200-6210.26)
5. This Resolution shall take effect on the effective date immediately.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was duly adopted by the City Council of the City of Manteca at a public meeting of said City Council held on the 7th day of March, 2023, by the following vote:
