DISCLOSURE OF EX PARTE COMMUNICATIONS:
Mayor Singh called for any City Council ex parte communications, and received none.
A. PUBLIC COMMENT: None.
B. CLOSED SESSION: Mayor Singh adjourned to closed session at 4:47 p.m.
B.1. 23-130 PUBLIC EMPLOYEE APPOINTMENT (Pursuant to Government Code section 54957(b)): Title - City Manager
C. REPORT ON ACTION TAKEN IN CLOSED SESSION: City Attorney Upon returning to open session at 6:04 p.m., City Attorney David Nefouse reported the following action for Item B.1. : the City Council will conduct a recruitment for the next City Manager and final interviews will be scheduled for May 26, 2023.
D. ADJOURNMENT: Mayor Singh adjourned the meeting at 6:05 p.m. ___________________________
