AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO AGREEMENT NO. 10-481
This Amendment No. 1 (AMENDMENT) to Agreement No. 10-481 (AGREEMENT), executed on and effective from ___________________, , is between the State of California, acting through its Department of Transportation, referred to as CALTRANS, and: City of Manteca, a body politic and municipal corporation or chartered city of the State of California, referred to hereinafter as CITY.
RECITALS
CALTRANS and City of Manteca, collectively referred to as PARTIES, entered into AGREEMENT on May 28, 2020, defining the terms and conditions for the City of Manteca with Caltrans oversight, proposes to construct a new interchange on State Route (SR) 120 at McKinley Ave. The project proposes to improve existing traffic circulation, relieve traffic congestion, and provide access to SR 120, which serves a major conduit for goods movement between SR 99 and I-5, at R0.9/R3.3, referred to as PROJECT.
IT IS THEREFORE MUTUALLY AGREED:
The Header in the AGREEMENT is replaced in its entirety to read as follows:

All other terms and conditions of the AGREEMENT shall remain in full force and effect.
This AMENDMENT is deemed to be included and made a part of the AGREEMENT.
