NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN by the City of Manteca, that the Contract for a certain project entitled:
Airport Way Pavement Improvement Project CIP 11027 &
Library Parking Lot Renovation CIP 22062
located in the City of Manteca, California, of which was let to:

as contractor, was actually completed on May 11, 2023 and was accepted by the City of Manteca City Council on June 20, 2023 The name and address of the owner of the property referred to above is the City of Manteca, 1001 West Center Street, Manteca, California, 95337 and the nature of the interest of the owner in the said property is Fee.
The project for Engineering Department improvements and the properties on which said improvements are situated, hereinabove referred to, are in the City of Manteca, County of San Joaquin, State of California and more particularly described as follows:
The project includes the removal and reconstruction of the pavement section using Ruberrized Hot Mix Asphalt and Hot Mix Asphalt over Aggregate Base, striping, and ADA curb ramps within the area identified as the Airport Way & Library Parking Lot.
