B. CLOSED SESSION: adjourned to closed session at 10:01 a.m.
B.1. 23-275 Conference with Legal Counsel - Existing Litigation (§ 54956.9) - Lutzow v. City of Manteca, Case No.: STK-CV-UOE-2021-0006054 (San Joaquin Superior Court).
Councilmember Halford joined the meeting at 10:34 a.m.
B.2. 23-270 CONFERENCE WITH LABOR NEGOTIATORS (Government Code Section 54957.6): City designated representatives: Toni Lundgren, Interim City Manager, and Jose Jasso, Interim Assistant City Manager. Employee Organizations: Manteca Police Officers’ Association, Manteca Police Employee’s Association, Manteca Firefighters IAFF Local 1874, Operating Engineers Local Union No. 3 (OE3), Manteca Technical and Support Services Association, Manteca Mid-Manager Association, and Manteca Public Safety Management Association.
