RESOLUTION R20XX-XX
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MANTECA, STATE OF CALIFORNIA, APPROVING AMENDMENT NO. 3 TO THE PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH ECS IMAGING, INC., INCREASING COMPENSATION AMOUNT BY $30,505 FOR A CONTRACT TOTAL NOT-TO-EXCEED $105,505; AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE THE CONTRACT AMENDMENT WHEREAS, the City of Manteca (City) is amending Contract C2021-82 with ECS Imaging, Inc. (Consultant) for records management consulting pertaining to records and information management projects; and WHEREAS, staff recommends increasing the contract by $30,505 to provide additional consulting and project services in order to complete the remaining records management projects and to acquire the necessary software licenses in order for City staff to work effectively; and WHEREAS, staff recommends that City Council authorize the City Manager, or designee, to sign Amendment No. 3 to Contract C2021-82 according to, and in compliance with the City of Manteca purchasing policy; and WHEREAS, the necessary funds are budgeted for these professional services account no. 100.01.00.110-6000.01; and WHEREAS, the City Council has considered all information related to this matter, as presented at the public meetings of the City Council identified herein, including any supporting reports by City Staff, and any information provided during public meetings.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Manteca, as follows:
1. The City Council hereby finds that the facts set forth in the recitals to this Resolution are true and correct, and establish the factual basis for the City Council’s adoption of this Resolution.
2. The City Council authorizes the City Manager, to execute Amendment No. 3 to Contract C2021-82 along with all associated documents compliance with, the City of Manteca purchasing policy.
3. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon adoption.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was duly adopted by the City Council of the City of Manteca at a public meeting of said City Council held on the 6th day of September, 2023, by the following vote:
