Councilmember Halford requested to attend the meeting via teleconference pursuant to AB 2449 (f)(2)(A)(i); City Council approved the request.
AGENDA REVIEW AND SUPPLEMENTAL REPORTS: None.
DISCLOSURE OF EX PARTE COMMUNICATIONS: Councilmember Halford, Vice Mayor Morowit, and Mayor Singh disclosed ex parte communications for the meeting.
A. PUBLIC COMMENT: None.
B. CLOSED SESSION: Mayor Singh adjourned to closed session at 5:02 p.m.
B.1. 23-428 CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL - EXISTING LITIGATION - (Government Code Section 54956.1(d)(1)) - Delicato Vineyards LLC et al. v. City of Manteca, et al., San Joaquin County Superior Court Case No. STK-CV-UWM-2023-8966.
C. REPORT ON ACTION TAKEN IN CLOSED SESSION: City Attorney Upon returning to open session at 6:29 p.m., City Attorney David Nefouse noted no reportable action.
