RESOLUTION R2023-XXX
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MANTECA, STATE OF CALIFORNIA, REMOVING AND ADDING TRUSTEES TO THE CITY OF MANTECA SECTION 457 PLAN RESOLVED, that effective as of the close of business on October 17, 2023, Joe Kriskovich and Suzanne Mallory are removed as Trustees for City of Manteca Section 457 Plan; and it is FURTHER RESOLVED, that effective as of the opening of business of October 18, 2023, City Manager Toni Lundgren, Assistant City Manager Jose Jasso and Finance Director Shay Narayan are hereby appointed as Trustees for the Plan; and it is FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Council of this organization hereby authorizes City Manager Toni Lundgren, Assistant City Manager, Jose Jasso and Finance Director Shay Narayan to execute any documents necessary and to make such changes therein as may be required or which he may deem appropriate, to take any other actions which he deems necessary or desirable or proper to carry out the intent of the foregoing Resolution.
WHEREAS, the City Council has considered all information related to this matter as presented at the public meetings of the City Council identified herein, including any supporting reports by City Staff and any information provided during public meetings.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Manteca, as follows:
The City Council hereby finds that the facts set forth in the recitals to this Resolution are true and correct and establish the factual basis for the City Council’s adoption of this Resolution.
Joe Kriskovich and Suzanne Mallory are removed as Trustees for City of Manteca Section 457 Plan.
City Manager Toni Lundgren, Assistant City Manager Jose Jasso and Finance Director Shay Narayan are hereby appointed as Trustees for the Plan, Trustee signatures attached as Exhibit A.
4. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was duly adopted by the City Council of the City of Manteca at a public meeting of said City Council held on the 17th day of October 2023, by the following vote:
