B. CLOSED SESSION: Mayor Singh adjourned to closed session at 4:00 p.m.
Councilmember Nuño joined the meeting at 4:01 p.m.
B.1. 23-529 CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL - EXISTING LITIGATION - (Government Code Section 54956.1(d)(1)) - Delicato Vineyards LLC et al. v. City of Manteca, et al., San Joaquin County Superior Court Case No. STK-CV-UWM-2023-8966.
C. REPORT ON ACTION TAKEN IN CLOSED SESSION: City Attorney Upon returning to open session at 4:39 p.m., City Attorney David Nefouse reported the following action, with no public comment received before the meeting, in which direction to staff was given by City Council for item B.1.
