AMENDMENT NO. 3 TO THE PROFESSIONAL
SERVICES AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE
CITY OF MANTECA AND MIZUNO FARMS
This Amendment No. 3 ("Amendment") to Agreement #2017-140 ("Agreement") between the City of Manteca and Mizuno Farms, is made and entered into this -. _ day of _____ , 2023, by and between Mizuno Farms a California corporation ("Consultant") and the City of Manteca, a municipal corporation ("City").
RECITALS
A. On December 18, 2017, the City of Manteca approved a four year Agreement with Consultant to lease farmland owned by the City, located at 23000 South Hays Road.
B. Per Amendment 1 to the Agreement, the parties agreed to extend the term of the agreement tlu·ough December 31, 2022.
C. Per Amendment 2 to the Agreement, the parties agreed to extend the term of the agreement tlu-ough December 31, 2023.
D. The parties now desire to amend the Agreement in order to extend the Agreement for an additional year, as allowed in the Agreement, tlu·ough December 31, 2024.
E. Except as otherwise provided in this Agreement, the Agreement shall continue in full force and effect.
NOW, THEREFORE, the pai1ies hereby agree as follows:
1. The term of the Agreement shall be extended to December 31, 2024.
2. Except as provided in this Amendment 3, all other tetms and conditions shall remain in full force and effect
