RESOLUTION R2024-XX
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MANTECA, STATE OF CALIFORNIA, APPROVING THE ADDITIONAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF MANTECA AND ACCELA, INC.; CONTRACT AMENDED MASTER SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH DIGEPLAN, AN AMENDED PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH TRUEPOINT SOLUTIONS, AND A BUDGET APPROPRIATION FOR $50,000 FROM DEVELOPMENT SERVICES UNDESIGNATED RESERVES FOR CIP 22019 WHEREAS, the City of Manteca (City), intends to complete the Permitting Software Conversion (Project) CIP 22019; and WHEREAS, the City issued a Request for Proposals (RFP) on September 16, 2021; and WHEREAS, the City Council previously approved a Subscription Services Agreement with Accela, Inc.; and WHEREAS, the City Council previously approved a Master Services Agreement with LCT Software / LCT Technology (DigePlan); and WHEREAS, additional licenses are now necessary; and
WHEREAS, the City Council previously approved a Professional Services Agreement with TruePoint Solutions for on-going support services; and WHEREAS, TruePoint Solutions has the capability to create a custom payment adaptor for the City’s current vendor, Paymentus; and WHEREAS, the City Council has considered all information related to this matter, as presented at the public meetings of the City Council identified herein, including any supporting reports by City Staff, and any information provided during public meetings.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Manteca, as follows:
The City Council hereby finds that the facts set forth in the recitals to this Resolution are true and correct, and establish the factual basis for the City Council’s adoption of this Resolution.
The City Council hereby authorizes the City Manager or designee to sign the agreements with Accela, Inc., LCT Software / LCT Technology, and TruePoint Solutions for the Permitting, Plan Review, and Inspection Software (CIP 22019).
The City Council approves a budget appropriation of $50,000 from Development Services Undesignated Reserves to Development Services Professional Services (340.30.45.000-6000.12).
This Resolution shall take effect on the effective date immediately.
