FOR THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MANTECA

CALL TO ORDER: 1:39 p.m.
Roll Call:
Present: Halford, Morowit, Nuño, Breitenbucher, Singh
Mayor Singh requested to attend the meeting via teleconference pursuant to AB 2449 (f)(2)(A)(i); City Council approved the request.
AGENDA REVIEW AND SUPPLEMENTAL REPORTS: None.
DISCLOSURE OF EX PARTE COMMUNICATIONS: Councilmember Morowit announced ex prate communication for item B.1.
A. PUBLIC COMMENT: None.
B. CLOSED SESSION: Vice Mayor Breitenbucher adjourned to closed session at 1:41 p.m.
B.1. 24‑090 ANTICIPATED LITIGATION ‑ Govt. Code § 54956.9(d)(2) ‑ Two (2) cases. The receipt of a claim pursuant to a written communication from a potential plaintiff threatening litigation, of which the non‑exempt claim or communication is available for public inspection. Govt. Code § 54956.9(e)(3).
C. REPORT ON ACTION TAKEN IN CLOSED SESSION: City Attorney
Upon returning to open session at 2:50 p.m., City Attorney David Nefouse noted the following reportable action for item B.1 the City Council met in closed session and the City Council gave unanimous direction to city staff.
D. ADJOURNMENT: Vice Mayor Breitenbucher adjourned the meeting at 2:51 p.m.
