RESOLUTION R2024-XX
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MANTECA, STATE OF CALIFORNIA, APPROVING CONTRACT AMENDMENT NO. 2 FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES WITH E-PLANSOFT FOR ELECTRONIC PLAN REVIEW SOFTWARE WHEREAS, the City currently uses an electronic plan check software, e-Plan Soft, to help expedite plan review processes through City staff in a timely manner; and WHEREAS, in 2020 the City Council approved an agreement with e-PlanSoft through June 30, 2023 and a contract extension was approved in April 2023 through June 30, 2024, and an additional extension is necessary to continue to provide electronic plan review to permit applicants; and WHEREAS, the total contract amount has nearly been expended and a contract amendment is necessary to extend the contract until June 30, 2025; and WHEREAS, the City Council has considered all information related to this matter, as presented at the public meetings of the City Council identified herein, including any supporting reports by City Staff, and any information provided during public meetings.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Manteca, as follows:
The City Council of the City of Manteca does hereby approve Amendment No. 2, to Agreement C2020-20 with e-PlanSoft, increasing the total contract amount by $62,500 to $332,500, and extending the contract term end date to June 30, 2025, for electronic plan review software services.
The City Council hereby finds that the facts set forth in the recitals to this Resolution are true and correct, and establish the factual basis for the City Council’s adoption of this Resolution.
This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was duly adopted by the City Council of the City of Manteca at a public meeting of said City Council held on the 19th day of March, 2024, by the following vote:
