B. CLOSED SESSION: Mayor Singh adjourned to closed session at 5:01 p.m.
B.1. 24-107 CONFERENCE WITH REAL PROPERTY NEGOTIATORS - (Gov. Code § 54956.8): City Negotiators: Toni Lundgren, City Manager, Jose Jasso, Assistant City Manager, Barbara Harb, Interim Director of Development Services, and Vielka Guarascio, Management Analyst - 282 N. Airport Way, Manteca, CA, San Joaquin County, APN 200-140-02- Under Negotiation: Potential Sale of the Property.
B.2. 24-108 ANTICIPATED LITIGATION - Govt. Code § 54956.9(d)(2) - Two (2) cases. The receipt of a claim pursuant to a written communication from a potential plaintiff threatening litigation, of which the non-exempt claim or communication is available for public inspection. Govt.
