RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MANTECA, STATE OF CALIFORNIA, APPROVING A PARCEL Map FOR EDWARD MACHADO AND LORIE MACHADO located at 465 eAST ALAMEDA STREET, ACCEPTING AN EMERGENCY VEHICLE ACCESS (EVA) EASEMENT, A WATERLINE MAINTENANCE AND ACCESS EASEMENT, AND A TEN FOOT (10’) WIDE PUBLIC UTILITY EASEMENT ALONG THE EAST ALAMEDA STREET AND PRIVATE ACCESS EASEMENT FRONTAGES OF THE pARCEL MAP WHEREAS, Edward Machado and Lorie Machado, has presented to the City Council of the City of Manteca a Parcel Map at 465 East Alameda Street for approval; and WHEREAS, the owner is seeking to subdivide the property into four parcels; and WHEREAS, in accordance with the Conditions of Approval for the Tentative Parcel Map, the owners were required to dedicate an Emergency Vehicle Access (EVA) easement and a waterline maintenance and access easement over the entirety of the subdivision’s private roadway. This easement is to allow emergency services entry onto the property from East Alameda Street and to allow access for waterline maintenance. The owners are offering a ten-foot (10’) wide public utility easement along the East Alameda Street and Private Access Easement frontages of the Parcel Map, for dedication to the City; and WHEREAS, the City Council has considered all information related to this matter as presented at the public meetings of the City Council identified herein, including any supporting reports by City Staff and any information provided during public meetings.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Manteca, as follows:
1. The City Council hereby finds that the facts set forth in the recitals to this Resolution are true and correct and establish the factual basis for the City Council’s adoption of this Resolution.
2. The City Council hereby approves the Parcel Map for Edward Machado and Lorie Machado located as 465 East Alameda Street.
3. The City Council hereby accepts the Emergency Vehicle Access (EVA) easement, waterline maintenance and access easement, and ten-foot (10’) wide public utility easement along the East Alameda Street and Private Access Easement frontages of the Parcel Map.
4. The City Council does hereby authorize the Mayor of the City of Manteca to sign the Parcel Map on behalf of the City of Manteca and authorizes the City Clerk to attest thereto and impress the official seal upon the same.
5. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was duly adopted by the City Council of the City of Manteca at a public meeting of said City Council held on the 21st day of May, 2024, by the following vote:
