OUR FOUNDER
As the CEO of Ronin Protection Solutions INC., Jeremy brings over 21 years of combined military and private security experience to the table. With a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Security Management, Jeremy has a deep understanding of business operations and the security industry.
Throughout his career, Jeremy has managed a variety of highprofile security accounts, ranging from federal sites such as the Federal Aviation Administration to local government sites such as the Stanislaus County Court security team as well as other local government park patrols and building protection. With a proven track record of success, Jeremy is highly skilled at developing and implementing security protocols that are tailored to the unique needs of each client.
In addition to his operational expertise, Jeremy is known for his exceptional leadership skills and ability to inspire teams to deliver exceptional results. Whether he is leading a team of security professionals in the field or working closely with clients to understand their security needs, Jeremy is committed to delivering the highest level of service and support.

Ronin is a disabled veteran owned business and was founded in 2019 as a sole proprietorship.
We incorporated in 2023 with the goal of growth and bringing quality back into the industry through fostering positive management relationships with clients and staff.

CityNet Homeless Shelter
During my time as a director with Trine I
oversaw the guard for assigned to the
CityNet homeless shelter in Tracy. Guards
screened residence for contraband prior
to entry and patrolled the grounds.
City of Tracy Parks
and Recreation
During my time at Trine I also oversaw the
armed guard force assigned to police the
homeless encampment of one of the city
parks. Officers documented incidents and
crimes and worked directly with local law
enforcement.
City of Manteca
Transit Center and
Parks
I also assisted Susan Adami in managing
the guards assigned to the parks patrol
and transit center under Trine.
