NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN by the City of Manteca, that the Contract for a certain project entitled:
Corwin Drive & Suess Court Water & Sewer Line Installation Project CIP 23008 located in the City of Manteca, California, of which was let to:
D.A. Wood Construction, Inc.

as contractor, was actually completed on May 18, 2024 and was accepted by the City of Manteca City Council on September 3, 2024. The name and address of the owner of the property referred to above is the City of Manteca, 1001 West Center Street, Manteca, California, 95337 and the nature of the interest of the owner in the said property is Fee.
The project for Engineering Department improvements and the property on which said improvements are situated, hereinabove referred to, are in the City of Manteca, County of San Joaquin, State of California and more particularly described as follows:
The project includes the installation of a potable water pipeline, sanitary sewer pipeline, fire hydrants, water and sewer service laterals to allow for future connection, and microsurfacing pavement surface treatment along Corwin Drive and Suess Court.
