RE: Starting Improvements at Machado Ranch prior to final map approval Mr. Kevin Jorgensen
Amalgamated Properties, manager of the Machado Ranch is formally requesting to start subdivision improvements at the Machado Ranch Project prior to the final map approval and or recordation. We were also hoping that staff could put this important matter on the City Council Agenda for September 17,2024 meeting or as soon as possible so we can start development when we have meet all of city staff's requirements.
