RESOLUTION R2024-XX
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MANTECA, STATE OF CALIFORNIA, APPROVING A PARCEL MAP FOR RYNCOR, LLC AND THE REYNOLDS FAMILY PARTNERS, LOCATED AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF S. AIRPORT WAY AND W. ATHERTON DRIVE (1450 S. AIRPORT WAY); AND ACCEPTING FOR PUBLIC USE THE OFFER OF DEDICATION OF THE PUBLIC UTILITY EASEMENT SHOWN ON THE PARCEL MAP WHEREAS, Ryncor, LLC and the Reynolds Family Partners, have presented to the City Council of the City of Manteca a Parcel Map for 1450 S. Airport Way for approval; and WHEREAS, on June 6, 2024, the Manteca Planning Commission held a Public Hearing and adopted Planning Commission Resolution No. 1658 which approved the Tentative Parcel Map, Site Plan, and Design Review Application; and WHEREAS, the property owners are seeking to subdivide the property into four commercial parcels ranging in size from 0.21 acres to 11.02 acres; and WHEREAS, in accordance with the Conditions of Approval for the Tentative Parcel Map, the owners are offering a ten foot (10’) wide public utility easement along a portion of the W. Atherton Drive frontage for dedication to the City; and WHEREAS, the City Council has considered all information related to this matter as presented at the public meetings of the City Council identified herein, including any supporting reports by City Staff and any information provided during public meetings.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Manteca, as follows:
1. The City Council hereby finds that the facts set forth in the recitals to this Resolution are true and correct and establish the factual basis for the City Council’s adoption of this Resolution.
2. The City Council hereby approves the Parcel Map for Ryncor, LLC and the Reynolds Family Partners.
3. The City Council hereby accepts the ten foot (10’) wide public utility easement along a portion of the W. Atherton Drive frontage of the Parcel Map.
4. The City Council hereby authorizes the Mayor of the City of Manteca to sign the Parcel Map on behalf of the City of Manteca and authorizes the City Clerk to attest thereto and impress the official seal upon the same.
5. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was duly adopted by the City Council of the City of Manteca at a public meeting of said City Council held on the 1st day of October 2024, by the following vote:
