NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN by the City of Manteca, that the Contract for a certain project entitled:
Retroreflective Traffic Sign Project CIP No. 16027 HSIPL-5242(033) located in the City of Manteca, California, of which was let to:

as contractor, was actually completed on October 7, 2024, and was accepted by the City of Manteca City Council on November 19, 2024. The name and address of the owner of the property referred to above is the City of Manteca, 1001 West Center Street, Manteca, California, 95337 and the nature of the interest of the owner in the said property is Fee.
The project for Engineering Department improvements and the property on which said improvements are situated, hereinabove referred to, are in the City of Manteca, County of San Joaquin, State of California and more particularly described as follows:
The project includes the installation of new traffic signage and upgrading the existing outdated traffic signage that are not in compliance with the California Manual for Uniform Traffic Control Devices (MUTCD) and the current retro-reflectivity state standards.
