B. CLOSED SESSION: Mayor Singh adjourned to closed session at 4:33 p.m.
B.1. 24‑668 CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL ‑ ANTICIPATED LITIGATION ‑ (Govt. Code § 54956.9(d)(4)) ‑ One (1) case. Based on existing facts and circumstances, the City Council is deciding whether to initiate litigation.
C. REPORT ON ACTION TAKEN IN CLOSED SESSION:
Upon returning to open session at 4:50 p.m., City Attorney David Nefouse noted no reportable action.
D. ADJOURNMENT: Mayor Singh adjourned the meeting at 4:51 p.m.
