NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN by the City of Manteca, that the Contract for a certain project entitled:
Louise Avenue Pavement Improvement Project CIP 24112
located in the City of Manteca, California, of which was let to:
United Pavement Maintenance, Inc.

as contractor, was actually completed on January 24, 2025 and was accepted by the City of Manteca City Council on February 18, 2025. The name and address of the owner of the property referred to above is the City of Manteca, 1001 West Center Street, Manteca, California, 95337 and the nature of the interest of the owner in the said property is Fee.
The project for Engineering Department improvements and the property on which said improvements are situated, hereinabove referred to, are in the City of Manteca, County of San Joaquin, State of California and more particularly described as follows:
The project includes the removal of the existing deteriorated asphalt, recompacting the aggregate base, installing new asphalt, updating the striping & signage, bike lanes, and Americans with Disabilities Act curb ramps along Louise Ave from Main St to Hwy 99.
