RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MANTECA, STATE OF CALIFORNIA, APPROVING A BUDGET APPROPRIATION OF $18,000 FROM FUND 620 GOLF COURSE AND AMENDING THE FISCAL YEAR 2025 CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM PROJECT FOR THE CART PATH AND CURB INSTALLATION PHASE 1 - CIP NO. 24034 FOR A NEW PROJECT TOTAL OF $98,000 WHEREAS, Capital Improvement Project No. 24034 - was originally created to install cart path and curbs at the Manteca Golf Course with a budget of $80,000; and WHEREAS, Staff recommend a budget appropriation of $18,000 from Golf Reserve Funds 620 for purchase of installation of cart path and curb installation phase 1 for a new project total of $98,000; and WHEREAS, the City Council has considered all information related to this matter, as presented at the public meetings of the City Council identified herein, including any supporting reports by City Staff, and any information provided during public meetings.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Manteca, as follows:
The City Council hereby finds that the facts set forth in the recitals to this Resolution are true and correct, and establish the factual basis for the City Council’s adoption of this Resolution.
2. The City Council hereby approves a budget appropriation of $18,000 from the Golf Reserve Fund 620 to an account associated with the Golf Capital Improvement Program Project– Cart Path Phase 1 (CIP 24034) for the development of the cart path and curb installation, resulting in a new project total of $98,000.
This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon adoption.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was duly adopted by the City Council of the City of Manteca at a public meeting of said City Council held on the 4th day of March, 2025, by the following vote:
