RESOLUTION R2025-XX
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MANTECA, STATE OF CALIFORNIA, APPROVING THE FOLLOWING: 1) UPDATED CITY OF MANTECA RULES AND REGULATIONS; AND 2) AUTHORIZATION FOR THE CITY MANAGER TO APPROVE OTHER UPDATED ADMINISTRATIVE PERSONNEL POLICIES.
WHEREAS, the Human Resources Department met and conferred with the bargaining units at the City regarding City Policy updates; and WHEREAS, the Human Resources Department is recommending that the City Council adopt a resolution to approve the updated City of Manteca Rules and Regulations; and WHEREAS, the Human Resources Department recommends that the City Manager be authorized to approve the other updated administrative policies; and WHEREAS, the City Council has considered all information related to this matter, as presented at the public meetings of the City Council identified herein, including any supporting reports by City Staff, and any information provided during public meetings.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Manteca, as follows:
The City Council hereby approves the City of Manteca Rules and Regulations; The City Council hereby authorizes the City Manager to approve other updated City Administrative Policies; and The City Council hereby authorizes the Director of Human Resources to communicate and carryout the intent of these policy updates.
4. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon adoption.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was duly adopted by the City Council of the City of Manteca at a public meeting of said City Council held on the 4th day of March, 2025, by the following vote:
