B.1. 25‑072 CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL ‑ ANTICIPATED LITIGATION ‑ (Govt. Code § 54956.9(d)(2)) ‑ One (1) case. The receipt of a claim pursuant to a written communication from a potential plaintiff or plaintiffs threatening litigation, of which the non‑exempt claim or communication is available for public inspection; and a statement made by a person outside of a public meeting within the responsibility of the City Council (and a summary of said statement is available for public inspection).
