C. REPORT ON ACTION TAKEN IN CLOSED SESSION:
Upon returning to open session at 6:10 p.m. City Attorney David Nefouse no reportable action for items B.1., B.2. or B.3. Nefouse reported the following reportable action for item B. 4: the City Council provided unanimous direction to staff to continue negotiations consistent with Council direction and consensus.
D. ADJOURNMENT: Mayor Singh adjourned the meeting at 6:11 p.m.
