RESOLUTION R2025-XX
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MANTECA, STATE OF CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING A GRANT OF EASEMENT FROM MANTECA TRAILS, LLC FOR A 0.57-ACRE STORM DRAIN LINE EASEMENT ALONG THE FRONTAGE OF 3460 W. WOODWARD AVENUE WHEREAS, the Trails of Manteca subdivision was conditioned to dedicate an easement for a storm drain line and appurtenances along the south side of Woodward Avenue; and WHEREAS, to continue the extension of the storm drain line the Trails of Manteca subdivision owner is dedicating a 0.57-acre easement to use, construct, and maintain a sixty-six (66) inch storm drain line and appurtenances; and WHEREAS, the owner is offering for dedication the Storm Drain Line Easement; and WHEREAS, the City Council has considered all information related to this matter as presented at the public meetings of the City Council identified herein, including any supporting reports by City Staff and any information provided during public meetings.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Manteca, as follows:
The City Council hereby finds that the facts set forth in the recitals to this Resolution are true and correct and establish the factual basis for the City Council’s adoption of this Resolution.
The City Council of the City of Manteca, a Municipal Corporation, does hereby accept a Grant of Easement for a 0.57-acre storm drain line easement from Manteca Trails, LLC along the W. Woodward Avenue frontage of 3460 W. Woodward Avenue.
The City Clerk is hereby instructed to record this resolution with the San Joaquin County Recorder’s Office.
This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was duly adopted by the City Council of the City of Manteca at a public meeting of said City Council held on the 15th day of April, 2025, by the following vote:
