as contractor, was actually completed on February 20, 2025 and was accepted by the City of Manteca City Council on April 15, 2025. The name and address of the owner of the property referred to above is the City of Manteca, 1001 West Center Street, Manteca, California, 95337 and the nature of the interest of the owner in the said property is Fee.
The project for Engineering Department improvements and the property on which said improvements are situated, hereinabove referred to, are in the City of Manteca, County of San Joaquin, State of California and more particularly described as follows:
Replacement of existing waste activated sludge pumps, return activated sludge pumps, associated piping, and electrical improvements at the City’s wastewater treatment plant.
