RESOLUTION R2025-XX
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MANTECA, STATE OF CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING A GRANT OF EASEMENT FROM 320 AIRPORT WAY LLC FOR THE EASTERN 150 FT OF APN 200-350-17, 200-350-32, 200-350-33 AND 200-350-48 THROUGH 200-350-60 WHEREAS, in accordance with the Conditions of Approval for the 320 Airport Way Subdivision, the owner of APN 200-350-17, 200-350-32, 200-350-33 and 200-350-48 through 200-350-60 is dedicating the eastern 150-ft of the subdivision for the purposes of a golf ball easement; and WHEREAS, the City Council has considered all information related to this matter as presented at the public meetings of the City Council identified herein, including any supporting reports by City Staff and any information provided during public meetings.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Manteca, as follows:
The City Council hereby finds that the facts set forth in the recitals to this Resolution are true and correct and establish the factual basis for the City Council’s adoption of this Resolution.
The City Council of the City of Manteca, a Municipal Corporation, does hereby accept a Grant of Easement from 320 Airport Way LLC for APN 200-350-17, 200-350-32, 200-350-33 and 200-350-48 through 200-350-60 The City Clerk is hereby instructed to record this Resolution and the associated Golf Ball Easement agreement, Legal Description of Servient Tenement (Exhibit “A”), Legal Description of Dominant Tenement (Exhibit “B”) and Legal Description of Golf Ball Easement and Plat (Exhibits “C-1” and “C-2”) with the San Joaquin County Recorder’s Office.
This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was duly adopted by the City Council of the City of Manteca at a public meeting of said City Council held on the 6th day of MAY 2025, by the following vote:
