as contractor, was actually completed on May 13, 2025 and was accepted by the City of Manteca City Council on June 3, 2025. The name and address of the owner of the property referred to above is the City of Manteca, 1001 West Center Street, Manteca, California, 95337 and the nature of the interest of the owner in the said property is Fee.
The project for Public Works Department improvements and the property on which said improvements are situated, hereinabove referred to, are in the City of Manteca, County of San Joaquin, State of California and more particularly described as follows:
Demolition of existing fencing with minor grading and other miscellaneous features. Minor earthwork and construction of chain link fencing and footings. Other various features within the contract documents.
