25-320 Waived the first reading by substitution of the title and introduced an Ordinance of the City of Manteca, State of California, repealing and replacing Chapter 13.06 “Cross-Connection Control Program”. 25-321 Adopted Resolution R2025-105 amending the Fiscal Year 2024-25 Capital Improvement Program to include the Fire Station No.3 Roof Repairs Project and assign a Capital Improvement Project Number and approve ratifying the City of Manteca to enter into an emergency contract with Haggerty Construction for roof repairs at Fire Station 3 in the amount of $351,738.
PUBLIC HEARINGS:
25-284 Waive the first reading by substitution of the title and introduce an ordinance of the City of Manteca, State of California, amending Table 17.22.020-1 relating to allowed uses and required entitlements for Manteca’s Base Zoning Districts of Section 17.22.020 within Title 17 of the Manteca Municipal Code (the “Project”) and find the Project exempt from further environmental review pursuant to Section 15061(b)(3)) of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Guidelines.

Mayor Singh opened the public hearing at 4:12 p.m.

Upon returning to open session at 4:51 p.m., City Attorney David Nefouse announced that the City Council unanimously approved the resignation of the City Attorney with a last day of employment at the City of Manteca to be July 10, 2025.
