RESOLUTION R20XX-XX
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MANTECA, STATE OF CALIFORNIA, APPROVING A BUDGET APPROPRIATION IN THE LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE DISTRICT FUND (FUND 280) UNION RANCH EAST LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE DISTRICT NO. 06-4 FOR $60,000 TO REPAIR AND REPAINT THE TRELLISES AT UNION RANCH EAST SUBDVISION WHEREAS, the Landscape Maintenance District is in need of repairs and repainting of both trellises located on Clearwater Drive in the Union Ranch East Subdivision; and WHEREAS, Staff recommends a budget appropriation of $60,000 from Union Ranch East LMD No. 06-4 Reserve Fund Balance (280) for the repair of both trellises at Union Ranch East; and WHEREAS, the City Council has considered all information related to this matter, as presented at the public meetings of the City Council identified herein, including any supporting reports by City Staff, and any information provided during public meetings.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Manteca, as follows:
The City Council hereby finds that the facts set forth in the recitals to this Resolution are true and correct, and establish the factual basis for the City Council’s adoption of this Resolution.
The City Council hereby approves amending the Fiscal Year 2025-26 budget by approving a budget appropriation of $60,000 in the Landscape Maintenance District Fund (Fund 280) Union Ranch East Landscape Maintenance District (LMD) No. 06-4.
The City Council hereby authorizes the City Manager or their designee to complete and execute all associated documents, and take all appropriate actions necessary to carry out the purpose and intent of the resolution.
4. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon adoption.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was duly adopted by the City Council of the City of Manteca at a public meeting of said City Council held on the 30thday of July 30, 2025, by the following vote:
