NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN by the City of Manteca, that the Contract for a certain project entitled:
Lathrop Road Pavement Improvement Project CIP 24111
located in the City of Manteca, California, of which was let to:
Knife River Construction

as contractor, was actually completed on May 13, 2025 and was accepted by the City of Manteca City Council on July 30, 2025. The name and address of the owner of the property referred to above is the City of Manteca, 1001 West Center Street, Manteca, California, 95337 and the nature of the interest of the owner in the said property is Fee.
The project for Engineering Department improvements and the property on which said improvements are situated, hereinabove referred to, are in the City of Manteca, County of San Joaquin, State of California and more particularly described as follows:
The project includes the removal of the existing deteriorated asphalt, recompacting the aggregate base, installing new asphalt, updating the striping & signage, and Americans with Disabilities Act curb ramps along Lathrop Rd from Union Rd to Hwy 99.
