RESOLUTION R20XX-XX
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
MANTECA, STATE OF CALIFORNIA, APPROVING AN
AGREEMENT WITH SDI Presence LLC. IN THE AMOUNT OF $50,000 FOR GEOGRAPHIC INFORMATION SYSTEMS (GIS) CONSULTING SERVICES TO SUPPLEMENT EXISTING GIS CAPABILITIES TO ENSURE A CONSISTENT LEVEL OF SERVICE DELIVERY. FUNDING FOR THIS CONTRACT IS INCLUDED IN THE FISCAL YEAR 2025-26 BUDGET IN THE INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY FUND (FUND 830) AND AUTHORIZE THE CITY MANAGER OR THEIR DESIGNEE TO EXECUTE ALL NECESSARY DOCUMENTS.
WHEREAS, the City acknowledges the need for Geographic Information Systems (GIS) consulting services to supplement its existing GIS capabilities. Contracting with an experienced firm will enable the City to meet evolving needs while allowing internal staff to continue delivering core services efficiently; and WHEREAS, the City Council has considered all information related to this matter, as presented at the public meetings of the City Council identified herein, including any supporting reports by City Staff, and any information provided during public meetings.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Manteca, as follows:
The City Council hereby finds that the facts set forth in the recitals to this Resolution are true and correct, and establish the factual basis for the City Council’s adoption of this Resolution.
The City Council hereby approves an agreement with SDI Presence LLC., in the amount of $50,000 for GIS consulting services to supplement existing GIS capabilities to ensure a consistent level of service delivery.
Funding for the total contract amount of $50,000 is included in the Fiscal Year 2025-26 budget in the Information Technology Fund (Fund 830).
The City Council hereby approves and authorizes the City Manager to sign an agreement with SDI Presence, LLC. through June 30, 2026, for GIS consulting services.
This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon adoption.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was duly adopted by the City Council of the City of Manteca at a public meeting of said City Council held on the 19th day of August, 2025, by the following vote:
