B.1. 25‑428 CONFERENCE WITH LABOR NEGOTIATORS (Government Code Section 54957.6): City designated representatives: Toni Lundgren, City Manager, Jose Jasso, Assistant City Manager, and Stephanie Van Steyn, Director of Human Resources. Employee Organizations: Manteca Firefighters IAFF Local 1874.
B.2 25‑432 PUBLIC EMPLOYEE GENERAL EMPLOYMENT DISCUSSION PURSUANT TO GOVERNMENT CODE SECTION 54957(b)(1) ‑ Title: City Attorney.
C. REPORT ON ACTION TAKEN IN CLOSED SESSION: Upon returning from Closed Session, Director of Human Resources Stephanie Van Steyn reported on Item B.1., stating that the City Council provided direction to staff; however, there was no reportable action. Interim Assistant City Attorney Riana Daniel reported no reportable action on item B.2.
D. ADJOURNMENT: Mayor Singh adjourned the meeting at 6:00 p.m.
