RESOLUTION R2025-XX
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MANTECA, STATE OF CALIFORNIA, APPROVING FISCAL YEAR 2024-25 YEAR-END BUDGET AMENDMENTS WHEREAS, the City of Manteca has completed the Fiscal Year 2024-25 year-end review of revenues and expenditures for all funds; and WHEREAS, the City Council recognizes the need to authorize adjustments to align the adopted and amended budgets with actuals revenues received and expenditures incurred through June 30, 2025; and WHEREAS, these year-end budget amendments include necessary appropriations, transfers, and adjustments across various City funds to accurately reflect the financial activity for Fiscal Year 2024-25; and WHEREAS, such adjustments include carry-forward appropriations for ongoing capital improvement projects and other previously approved obligations that do not represent new spending; and WHEREAS, the City Council has considered all information related to this matter, as presented at the public meetings of the City Council identified herein, including any supporting reports by City Staff, and any information provided during public meetings.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Manteca, as follows:
The City Council hereby finds that the facts set forth in the recitals to this Resolution are true and correct, and establish the factual basis for the City Council’s adoption of this Resolution.
The City Council hereby approves the Fiscal Year 2024-25 year-end budget amendments as detailed in Exhibit “A” attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
2. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon adoption.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was duly adopted by the City Council of the City of Manteca at a public meeting of said City Council held on the 21st day of October 2025, by the following vote:
