National Veterans and Military Families Month
November 2025
Whereas, our brave Veterans have made sacrifices, in order to protect our way of life here at home and around the world; and Whereas, our active duty military currently serve around the world, sometimes under dangerous and barbaric conditions, in order to ensure protection and freedom to their citizens; and Whereas, every Veteran and member of the Military has a family support group of loved ones including parents, partners and children that also make sacrifices and face hardships in their daily lives; and Whereas, in honor and appreciation to our Veterans, Military and their families, they deserve our support and gratitude, not only in word but also in action; and Now, Therefore, I, Gary Singh, Mayor of the City of Manteca, on behalf of City Council, do recognize the month of November 2025, as National Veterans and Military Families Month and commend the devotion and contributions of those who serve or have served the United States.
