AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 537, THE
ZONING ORDINANCE, AS AMENDED, A ZONING MAP CHANGE.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF MANTECA DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION I: The Zoning Map of the City of M�nteca, Zoning Ordinance No. 537, as amended, is hereby amended as designated on Rezone Map No. 87-8 attached hereto and made part hereof as follows:
All of 1'?.rcel "B" of that certain parcel map
recorded in Book 15, of Parcel Maps, at Page 60,
San Joaquin County Records, being situated in
Southwest One-quarter (S.W. 1/4), of Section
Thirty-one ( 31) , Township One ( 1) Sou th, Range
Seven (7) East, Mount Diablo Base and Meridian.
SECTION II: All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in
conflict with this Ordinance are hereby repealed.
This Ordinance shall take effect thirty (30) days after its final passage.

ORDINANCE NO. 970
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF MANTECA AMENDING
ORDINANCE NO. 779 RELATING TO THE PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT FOR ST. DOMINIC'S MEDICAL CENTER
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MANTECA DOES HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. The property which is a part of and immediately adjacent to the campus of St. Dominic's Hospital is zoned for Planned Unit Development pursuant to Ordinance No. 779 enacted by the City Council of the City of Manteca on December 7, 1987. This Property includes Lot 20 of
Tract No. 2 2 2 6, St. Dominic' s Hospital, recorded in Maps and Plats, Volume 29, Page 74, San Joaquin County Records.
SECTION 2. The Building Official of the City of Manteca has determined that the fire safety standards set forth in the Building and Fire Codes adopted by the City of Manteca require that no structure be constructed within 30 feet of the exterior boundaries of Lot 20 of Tract 2226, St.
Dominic's Hospital, recorded in Maps and plats, Volume 29,
SECTION 3. Ordinance No. 7 7 9 which governs and regulates the land use of property surrounding Lot 20 does not now contain such a restriction.
SECTION 4. The Site Plan adopted as part of the Planned Unit Development establishment under Ordinance No. 779 is hereby amended to require that no building or structure shall be located in whole or in part within a strip of land thirty (30) feet in width extending outward from the
boundary of Lot 20 of Tract No. 2226, St. Dominic's
Hospital, recorded in Maps and Plats, Volume 29, Page 74, San Joaquin County Records, unless it is determined in
advance by the Manteca City Building Official that such building or structure either equals or exceeds the fire safety standards set forth in the Building and Fire Codes duly adopted by the City of Manteca.
SECTION 5. The City Clerk shall cause this ordinance to be published once within fifteen (15) days after its
passage in the Manteca Bulletin, a newspaper of general circulation, printed, published and circulated in this City in accordance with Government Code Section 36933; shall certify to the adoption of this ordinance; and shall cause this ordinance and its certification to be entered into the Book of Ordinances of this City.
