RESOLUTION R2025-XX
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MANTECA, STATE OF CALIFORNIA, APPROVING A GRANT OF EASEMENT AGREEMENT FROM BOLD MANTECA LP FOR PUBLIC UTILITY EASEMENT AT 1199 N. MAIN STREET FOR THE LOS ROBLES APARTMENT PROJECT WHEREAS, the Los Robles Apartments (approved as the Principio Apartments) were conditionally approved by the Development Services Director on April 28, 2023; and WHEREAS, a condition of the project’s approval was for the dedication of a ten foot (10’) public utility easement along the project’s N. Main Street frontage; and WHEREAS, the City Council has considered all information related to this matter, as presented at the public meetings of the City Council identified herein, including any supporting reports by City Staff, and any information provided during public meetings.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Manteca, as follows:
The City Council hereby finds that the facts set forth in the recitals to this Resolution are true and correct, and establish the factual basis for the City Council’s adoption of this Resolution.
The City Council hereby approves a Grant of Easement Agreement from Bold Manteca LP for Public Utility Easement on 1199 N. Main Street for the Los Robles Apartment project.
The City Clerk is hereby instructed to record this Resolution and the Grant Deed with the San Joaquin County Recorder’s Office.
4. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon adoption.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was duly adopted by the City Council of the City of Manteca at a public meeting of said City Council held on the 16th day of December, 2025, by the following vote:
