B. CLOSED SESSION: Mayor Singh adjourned to closed session at 3:47 p.m.
B.1. 25‑583 CONFERENCE WITH LABOR NEGOTIATORS (Government Code Section 54957.6): City designated representatives: Toni Lundgren, City Manager, Jose Jasso, Assistant City Manager, Stephanie Van Steyn Director of Human Resources and Matthew Boring Director of Finance.
Employee Organizations: Manteca Police Officers’ Association, Manteca Police Employee’s Association, Manteca Firefighters IAFF Local 1874, Operating Engineers Local Union No. 3 (OE3), Manteca Technical and Support Services Association, Manteca Mid‑Manager Association, and Manteca Public Safety Management Association.
C. REPORT ON ACTION TAKEN IN CLOSED SESSION: Upon returning to open session at 5:45 p.m., Interim City Attorney Riana Daniel noted that there was no reportable action.
D. ADJOURNMENT: Mayor Singh adjourned the meeting at 5:46 p.m.
