B. CLOSED SESSION: Vice Mayor Lackey adjourned to closed session at 5:02 p.m.
Mayor Singh joined the meeting at 5:03 p.m.
B.1. 26‑025 CONFERENCE WITH REAL PROPERTY NEGOTIATORS ‑ (Gov. Code § 54956.8): City Negotiators: Toni Lundgren, City Manager; Brad Wungluck, Director of Development Services; and Kevin Jorgensen, Director of Engineering ‑ APN: 204‑050‑21 and 204‑050‑22 (San Joaquin County) ‑ Under Negotiation: Price, Discussion, and/or Terms of Potential Purchase, Sale, and/or Acquisition.
C. REPORT ON ACTION TAKEN IN CLOSED SESSION: upon returning to open session at 6:14 p.m. Interim City Attorney Riana Daniel reported no reportable action.
