C. REPORT ON ACTION TAKEN IN CLOSED SESSION: upon returning to open session at 6:02 p.m. Interim City Attorney Riana Daniel reported no reportable action for item B.1., and the following reportable action for item B.2.: the City Council accepted the resignation of Interim City Attorney Riana Daniel with her last day effective March 5, 2026. Interim City Attorney Daniel thanked the City Council, City Manager, and City staff for all their support over the last two years with the City of Manteca.
D. ADJOURNMENT: Mayor Singh adjourned the meeting at 6:04 p.m.
