B.1. 26‑097 Staff recommends that the City Council receive and discuss a report on the Fiscal Year 2025‑2026 Goals and Priorities Work Plan and 2025 Citywide Accomplishments, and review and rank priorities for Fiscal Year 2026‑2027.

City Departments continued to review their priorities/needs for 2026-2027. Discussion ensued with City Council and City Staff.
City Council consensus was received to remove the completed items from the Fiscal Year 2025-26 Council Goals and Priorities Work Plan for City Staff and to update the work plan accordingly.
Clerk Note: City Council announced each of their top goals for the upcoming fiscal year. City Council’s priorities will be brought back to a future meeting for a formal work plan for approval.
