RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MANTECA, STATE OF CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED FROM PILLSBURY ROAD PARTNERS, LLC, A CALIFORNIA LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY, FOR 133 SQUARE FEET OF REAL PROPERTY FOR RIGHT-OF-WAY PURPOSES OVER A PORTION OF 2613 PINARELLO LANE (APN 226-670-04), LOCATED ADJACENT TO S. TINNIN ROAD SOUTH OF HOT SPRINGS DRIVE WHEREAS, as a Condition of Approval for the Tentative Map for the Griffin Park subdivision, the Developer is required to install frontage improvements along the S. Tinnin Road frontage of 2613 Pinarello Lane including roadway paving, sidewalk, curb and gutter; and WHEREAS, to facilitate the installation of the frontage improvements around an existing electrical facility, the Developer needed to acquire right-of-way, on the City’s behalf, on the east side of S. Tinnin Road; and WHEREAS, acceptance of this dedication will allow for the installation of the frontage improvements in accordance with the City’s adopted Public Facilities Implementation Plan; and WHEREAS, the City Council has considered all information related to this matter as presented at the public meetings of the City Council identified herein, including any supporting reports by City Staff and any information provided during public meetings.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Manteca, as follows:
The City Council hereby finds that the facts set forth in the recitals to this Resolution are true and correct and establish the factual basis for the City Council’s adoption of this Resolution.
The City Council hereby accepts a Grant Deed from Pillsbury Road Partners, LLC for 133 square feet of real property for right-of-way purposes over a portion of 2613 Pinarello Lane (APN 226-670-04).
3. The City Clerk is hereby instructed to record this Resolution and the Grant Deed with the San Joaquin County Recorder’s Office.
4. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was duly adopted by the City Council of the City of Manteca at a public meeting of said City Council held on the 12th day of May 2026, by the following vote:
