CENTRAL TRUNK SEWER PROJECT CIP 24004
(ESTIMATED CONSTRUCTION COST: $9,490,000)
SEALED BIDS will be received by the City Clerk of the City of Manteca at 1001 West Center Street, Manteca, California until 2:00 p.m., Thursday, June 4, 2026, for the Central Trunk Sewer Project CIP 24004. As soon as practical thereafter, sealed bids for the project will be publicly opened and read for performing the work as follows:
Furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment, and performing all work necessary and incidental to the construction of the project known as the Central Trunk Sewer Project CIP 24004 according to the plans and specifications as prepared by the City of Manteca and according to the Contract Documents. The work includes abandoning the existing 36” RCP sewer line and manholes, constructing 4,240 LF of a new deep 36” sewer trunk gravity line and new manholes, dewatering, gravel access road, and sewage bypass pumping and all other incidentals necessary to complete the work.
Project shall have Substantial Completion within 270 calendar days and Final Completion within 300 calendar days from the date specified in the Notice to Proceed. Time for commencement and completion of the work is important and is the essence of the Contract.
A MANDATORY PRE-BID MEETING AND JOB WALK will be held as follows:

Location: Lower Parking Lot of Manteca Golf Course at 305 N Union Rd General: No other pre-bid meetings or job site visits will be scheduled BIDDERS MUST SUBMIT BIDS ON A HARD COPY OF THE BID PROPOSAL FORMS PROVIDED IN THE CONTRACT DOCUMENTS.
