B.1. 26350 CONFERENCE WITH LABOR NEGOTIATORS (Government Code Section 54957.6): City designated representatives: Toni Lundgren, City Manager, Jose Jasso, Assistant City Manager, Kevin Jorgensen, Assistant City Manager, Stephanie Van Steyn Director of Human Resources, and Matthew Boring Director of Finance. Employee Organizations: Operating Engineers Local Union No. 3 (OE3), and Manteca Technical and Support Services Association.
