DESCRIPTION OF CHANGE
This Change Order is issued to modify the Scope of Work to include additional fire inspection site visits.
Justification: Returned to the project site for a second and third fire inspection to verify that the fire alarm installation and all associated equipment were installed correctly and fully functional. Additional site visits were required for inspection coordination and attendance. No deficiencies were found with our work or equipment.
